By registering for and participating in the I AM CREATION SUMMIT (In-Person Event), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Event Participation & Access

The I AM CREATION SUMMIT is an in-person event hosted in Sanur, Bali. Access to sessions, workshops, and designated event areas is granted according to your ticket tier (General Admission, VIP, or other specified access).You are responsible for your travel, accommodation, and any additional personal expenses incurred during the event. Unless otherwise stated in your selected ticket.The event schedule, speakers, and content are subject to change without prior notice. Entry to specific sessions or experiences may be limited due to capacity or programming requirements.

2. VIP Access & Upgrades

VIP ticket holders receive premium access to designated sessions, exclusive networking events, curated gifts, and other benefits as outlined in the VIP Experience Package.Upgrades are available while supplies last. Pricing may vary depending on availability and date of purchase.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales, including VIP upgrades, are final and non-refundable.

If the event is canceled due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies), registered participants will be contacted with options for credit transfer or future event participation.

Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 31st August 2025 by submitting a written request to the event team [email protected]. Name changes are not permitted after this date.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover expenses in the event of unforeseen changes.

4. Intellectual Property & Recording Policy

All content, presentations, and experiences shared during the summit are the intellectual property of I AM CREATION or the respective speakers. These may not be recorded, distributed, or reused without explicit written permission.

By attending, you consent to being photographed and filmed during the event. Select footage may be used for future promotional, marketing, or educational purposes by I AM CREATION.

5. Code of Conduct

To foster a respectful, safe, and inclusive environment for all attendees:

1. Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

2. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward staff, speakers, vendors, and fellow participants.

3. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during the event schedule. This is to maintain the integrity, safety, and intention of the experience.

4. Organizers reserve the right to remove individuals who violate these terms without refund.

5. All attendees are expected to embody respect, presence, and personal responsibility in all interactions.

6. Health & Safety Policy

Your health and safety are our priority. All attendees must comply with local regulations and any venue-specific safety guidelines, including protocols that may be in place regarding hygiene, health declarations, or emergency procedures.

If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to a contagious illness, we request that you act responsibly and refrain from attending.

In case of an emergency, follow the instructions provided by the venue and event staff.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Disclaimer

By attending this event, you accept full responsibility for your well-being, decisions, and interactions. Participation in the I AM CREATION SUMMIT is voluntary. By attending, you accept full responsibility for any risks associated with travel, visa approval, participation, or interactions during the event.

The organizers are not liable for any loss, injury, illness, or damages that may occur during or as a result of your attendance. You are responsible for your own belongings and personal well-being throughout the summit.

8. Media Consent & Personal Branding

By attending, you agree that your image, voice, or likeness may be captured in photos, videos, or audio recordings during the summit. These may be used in future promotional materials, on social media, or in press publications by I AM CREATION without compensation or further approval.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional footage, please notify our team in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

9. Vendor & Marketplace Policy

If you choose to interact with vendors, practitioners, or third-party service providers on-site, please note that they operate independently of I AM CREATION.

We do not assume liability for any transactions, products, or services offered by external vendors during the summit.

10. Emergency & Force Majeure Clause

In the event of cancellation, postponement, or interruption due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, travel bans, civil unrest, or government-imposed restrictions), I AM CREATION will not be held liable for costs incurred beyond the value of the event ticket.

Participants will be notified of rescheduling options, credits, or alternate attendance pathways.

11. Energetic Integrity & Conscious Participation

This is more than an event, it is a transformational space. All attendees are expected to arrive with openness, self-awareness, and respect for the shared field.

Manipulative, disruptive, or energy-draining behavior will result in removal without refund. This summit is curated for aligned, heart-led individuals committed to elevating both themselves and the collective.
