1. Ticket Policy

• ◉ All ticket sales for the I AM CREATION Summit are final.

• ◉ No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once a ticket purchase is completed.

2. Transfer Policy

• ◉Ticket transfers to another individual are permitted until August 31, 2025.

• ◉ All transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]

• ◉ Transfers are subject to approval and must be completed no later than August 31, 2025.

• ◉ At registration, valid government-issued photo ID will be required.
  The ID must match the name provided in the approved ticket transfer.

• ◉ No changes, substitutions, or transfers will be accepted after August 31, 2025.

3. Ticket Resale Policy

• ◉ Tickets may not be resold for profit or commercial purposes.

• ◉ Unauthorized resale, attempted resale, or transfer outside of the official process may result in ticket invalidation without refund.

• ◉ Only ticket transfers formally approved through [email protected] will be honored at the event.

4. No Show Policy

• ◉ If you do not attend the summit, your ticket will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

• ◉ If you choose to leave the summit early or do not complete the full event, no partial refunds or credits will be issued.

5. Force Majeure

◉ In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics), I AM CREATION reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the summit.

◉ In such cases, participants will be offered:

• ◉ A transfer to a future summit, or

• ◉ A credit toward another I AM CREATION event within 12 months.

6. Health & Safety Disclaimer

• ◉ Attendees are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to attend.

• ◉ Health declarations, testing, or safety measures may be required in accordance with local regulations.

• ◉ If you are unable to attend due to illness, the no refund policy remains in effect.

• ◉ We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover potential issues.

7. Travel & Accommodation

• ◉ Travel, accommodation, meals (unless explicitly included), and personal expenses are not covered by your ticket.

• ◉ I AM CREATION is not responsible for any travel disruptions, missed flights, visa issues, or personal changes to your travel plans.

8. Travel Insurance

◉ All attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance that covers:

• ◉ Trip cancellations

• ◉ Travel delays

• ◉ Medical emergencies

• ◉ Lost baggage

9. Cancellation by I AM CREATION

◉ If I AM CREATION cancels the summit, participants will receive the option of:

• ◉ A full credit toward a future event within 12 months, or

• ◉ A full refund, at the participant’s discretion.

10. Governing Law

• ◉ This Refund & Cancellation Policy and any disputes related to it are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

• ◉ Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.

11. Acknowledgment of Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to the I AM CREATION Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
